The SuperFruitz brand was developed for an Australian beverage company focussed on the Asian export market. The brand is based around healthful smoothie drinks using natural ingredients from Australia and New Zealand with superfoods such as Chia and Açaí.
Two by Zero was engaged to design an identity that would form the key part of the bottle label design. We developed the idea of a continuous leaf come seed graphic, which forms a ribbon like shape and can be wrapped around the bottle label. Conceptually this represents the idea of a “stream” of fruit – as in pouring a smoothie. The differing ribbon colours represents the different fruits which make up the smoothie.
Consequently, we developed the logo and label concepts in tandem. As you can see, the logo when used outside of the label contains the ribbon feature under the typography, where as the ribbon and type are separate elements on the proposed label design, shown here.
